Our personalization service is free, but personalized orders are final sale. If you're uncertain about your ring size, avoid asking for personalization. Within 45 days of delivery, orders without personalization can be returned or exchanged.
To measure correctly, visit your nearest jewelry store. It's important to measure yourself for comfort fit rings. Please do not use online charts, measuring tapes, printed paper, online guides, etc. Measure the finger size at the jewelry store.
